“We ask you to completely empty your baggage, to cut with all that could have made you suffer, with all of your past. We do not ask you to forget it, we just ask you to purge it, that is to say, so that there is no more emotion or suffering when evoking your past experiences.

During this experimentation, problems could arise on the physical level, feelings that are more or less difficult because when you evacuate certain emotional energies, the body can feel the effects.

We ask you to do this work because it is important to free yourself, to lighten yourself.

It is not out of curiosity or to make you suffer, it is simply to help you. Cleanse more and more. Cleanse all that weighs you down. Become aware of all of your marvelous human qualities, become aware of the Love that is in you, of your generosity, become aware that tomorrow will be too late, that a time will come, not too far off, in which you will no longer have time to devote to your transformation, a time when you will no longer have time to think about yourselves.

All of your energies will be concentrated on the assistance that you will give to others, to those who surround you, and to yourselves because you do not know what reactions you may have when confronted with different events in your life or in the life of the planet, and the help that you can offer to all those who are going to need it.

The moments that your humanity is living are privileged moments. Even if you find it to be so difficult to live in these societies, you are living privileged moments because this period of great transition is matchless, because it will provoke a huge leap in evolution, in comprehension, in Love, in Wisdom.

Remember that the energies you continuously receive transform you even if you do not particularly feel the effects. They are considerably active on your planet and they will become more and more so, up to the moment of shifting into a higher dimension.

If you are already working to cleanse all that you have experienced in this life, it will be marvelous work because remember that through the experiences lived in this life you also cleanse experiences that were not well lived in another. Sometimes you ask yourself: ‘why do I have to experience this?' or ‘it's not fair' or ‘this has nothing to do with me.' You are not aware at that moment, you are cleansing things that have nothing to do with this existence but which happened to you in others. The great, very great cleansing is taking place.

At this end of the cycle, everything must be cleansed within man, but also on your Mother Earth and in all life because all has been impregnated with many of the energies of the obscure, energies of suffering, of cruelty, of violence.

Unfortunately, your planet is still very strongly impregnated with these energies but they will rapidly be annihilated once the great cleansing begins. Your Mother Earth has need, as you do, of beauty, of purity, of Love, and like you she needs to advance towards the Light in anticipation of her immense transformation.

For this advancement, she needs the assistance that can come from you through the Love that you have for her and the recognition that you give her, through the Love that can come from the Universe, the Love and considerable assistance that also comes from the sun, from your sun, from the solar system.”
