You must be able to emotionally detach yourself from those you loved and who are no longer in this world.

We are not asking you to stop loving your dear ones who have left the plane of the Earth, only to stop having third dimension emotional attachment for them.

Have for them thoughts of Unconditional Love.

You should no longer see those you have loved as Peter, Paul or Jack, i.e. like people who lived on Earth. You should no longer think of them constantly the way they were as they are now totally different. They no longer have the body you have known, the personality that was theirs when they were with you.

You must understand that where they are, all your loved ones who have left your world continue to learn and evolve.

It is important that you know that evolution continues anywhere, regardless of the dimension in which you are.

The Earth is a school, out of the Earth there are other schools so much more gentle and enjoyable. The hardest of all schools is the incarnation in this world."
