When we go through intense suffering caused by a third party, how can we move from a state of suffering to a state of forgiveness?

“When you are experiencing a great suffering caused by a third party, you must first understand why, you must not rebel, and especially you must not ‘bear a grudge' against that person.

You need to forgive both the act and yourself. Moreover, it is necessary to cut the bond between you and the person who made you suffer.

In your mind, cut the energy link that bonds you with the person. One must cut the link between the person who created the suffering and the one who received it, because this link is very powerful, sometimes it is as powerful as the bond of Love.

The first thing to do is to forgive. One must forgive the person and forgive oneself. One must understand that if one experiences great suffering caused by another being, it is part of the law of cause and effect. The person may have incarnated to make you undergo this pain, and even if he or she is not ‘good' as you would say, he or she plays the bad role that he or she has also chosen.

It is very important to cut the emotional link that bonds you with that person. Send him or her all the Love of the Divine within you, and gradually you will free both yourself and the other party.

It is important not to live with this suffering deep within yourself. Suffering destroys, thus it could destroy your body. Unfortunately, sometimes, it generates in your body destructive ‘diseases'. What is important is the forgiveness you give, the Unconditional Love you give to the person who made you suffer.

It is not easy. We are not asking you, as an individual, to love one that made you suffer. We are asking you, as a Being of Light, to love one that made you suffer. If this is too difficult for you, ask the Divine Being within you to do so on your behalf, and gradually everything will heal and the suffering will disappear.

There is no other way to free both yourself and your soul from great suffering , because when the suffering is very strong, there is a large impregnation at the soul level.”
