“We are going to speak a little on the subject of the spiritual ego, though we will come back to it later. This subject is vast, but also important.

Human beings function at several levels of consciousness, but sometimes these different levels of consciousness can function simultaneously. Humans also receive impulses, and often even information coming from their multidimensional selves.

Each of you has a spiritual ego, even if you are not aware of it. Little by little, once you have really understood who you are, what you have come here to do in all humility, what you have come to give and also what you have come to anchor, you will no longer need the spiritual ego or any ego at all. The spiritual ego is an energy generated by the ego; it is the desire to do good, the desire to be recognized, the desire to help others, and the desire to be appreciated by others through a spiritual behavior. This word desire will soon no longer exist for each of you.

Whenever you act, ask yourself the following questions:

In what state of mind am I doing this?

For whom and why do I have this behavior or for what reason am I doing this?

When I help through a treatment (no matter what it is) for whom am I doing it?

When you do it, let it be with total Love, that is to say, to help another person without expecting any return and without any self-satisfaction.

Of course, you can, in your behavior, find pleasure in an accomplished task, in a mission accomplished, but between this pleasure of a task completed and hidden pleasure, camouflaged by the ego that raises its little head, you must learn to distinguish the difference.

The only thing that we ask you is to be aware of the way in which you function and that you question yourself, to be very vigilant with your words. The mastery of the spoken word is a very important step in your evolution. It will lead you towards wisdom.

Human beings often wish to bring something to others, to relieve them, to help them. This often comes from a noble sentiment, but if they are not vigilant, this sentiment can transform itself into an unconscious power.

We could tell you even more things about the ego or the spiritual ego. In our opinion, the spiritual ego is much more deceitful because it is much less easier to detect, and to reveal than the everyday ego. The spiritual ego often clothes itself in the most beautiful colors and with the most beautiful finery, and because of this it is more difficult to detect and equally to transform.

What can shelter you from the spiritual ego is the Love that you bring to others and the way that you help them, because the spiritual ego is often found in the help that you bring them.

If, in the aid that you bring to others, you are simply being a humble channel, full of Love, there will never be satisfaction of the ego.

Know that the more you become aware of your evolution the less you will wish to speak about it, and the less you will need to speak about it. Your spiritual evolution concerns only you, as well as your evolution does, period. The other cannot understand who you really are for the simple reason that you yourself have difficulties understanding yourself, defining yourself, but little by little, the doors of your human consciousness will open, one after the other, into the spiritual consciousness.

Many things will transform themselves within each of you, that you will not understand right away, that you will not integrate either, immediately. Little by little the veils will fall and it is at that moment that you must be more vigilant with yourselves in order not to fall into the spiritual ego.

Sometimes, even if you do not hear it, your ego is telling you: ‘Look here, you are just a little better than your neighbors, you have the ability to help, to treat, to speak well, to write well, you comfort others, thus, realize how you are better than your neighbor.'

If these thoughts cross your mind, you must shed light on them with your Love and refuse them right away. All that you do, the smallest act of your life must be done with humility, with recognition, with wisdom, with Love, and with gratitude.

To help make the task easier, when you are helping someone, offer this help to the Universe as well. No matter how you offer help or treatment, make your treatment for the person who has come (the word treatment, besides, is incorrect, but we continue to use it for simplicity), do what you have to do with all of your Love and offer all of this to the Universe.

All that you give to those who come to you give it as well to the Universe. When you make an act of giving, an act of projecting the energy of love, simply have this thought: ‘all that I am giving to this person, all that I offer in order to help him, I give and I offer also to the Universe because without the Source, I am nothing, without the Universal Energy, without this immense energy of Love that surrounds me, I am nothing. Thus, by also offering all this to the Universe, I acknowledge it.' Therefore, here is one small way to offer to the Universe.

To bring this subject to a close, it is however very important that you help beings who are in need, that you give them, or restore to them, the confidence and courage to continue their route, and as much as you can, relieve them of their physical or moral suffering.

Each time you accomplish this act, connect yourself to the Universe, to the Source or to the Divine Mother, so that you are well aware that you are not the actor that you are the transmitter, through a shining Divine Self with a burst of activity.
