"We would like to speak to you a little bit about what you are and about you behavior, and repeat what we have told you many, many times: remain united in your families, remain united in your groups, try to have the best relations possible with your friends, and with all of your human brothers. This is very important and we are going to tell you why we are telling you this again.

Human beings and all life on Earth are receiving particles of considerable energy at this time. (We use the word ‘particles’ because what they are receiving is beyond vibratory frequency and vibratory energy). These particles of energy penetrate your physical matter and totally inundate all that is matter in this world. These particles, plus all the energies that you receive from the Sun, from your solar system, and from many other points in the galaxy and the universe, make of you beings that are going to awaken more and more to another consciousness; this can also generate a gap. You risk being off-center in relation to your own equilibrium, whether it is physical, psychological, or spiritual.

We are going to explain this: through all that you receive, the veils are going to fall, one after the other, and you will become aware of some of your capacities. Other parts of yourself will wish to totally continue to exist as they were before the veils were removed. These parts are called personality and ego. Therefore, sometimes, instead of it really being your ‘I am’ that expresses itself through your little self, it will be your ego that will try to replace the veil upon what you are becoming.

Your personality and your ego always want to be the masters of your life; they do not want to be at the service of the real life, of your ‘I am’, of your soul, or of your little self which is going to become more and more your ‘I am’. Your little self is going to fade away more and more to the point of no longer existing and will become one with your ‘I am’, in perfect accord with your soul.

You could, therefore, have some behaviors that will not always be in accord with what you are becoming; you could be cyclothymic, with moments during which you completely allow your Divine Part, your ‘I am’ to express itself, and moments when your personality will take over, and at that moment, out of Love, your ‘I am’ will withdraw, that is to say, it will go back to where it was before the veils were removed from you.

This will not happen to everyone. It is a risk that must be run; once you become aware of your possibilities, you could develop a pride that is not evolutional but devolutional. If we are warning you about all of this it is because you will have to manage what you will become with Wisdom and humility."

They are also telling me:

"You must watch over your interior violence; you must also try not to feed into all the energies emanating from the ego and the personality that drag you down.

Meanwhile, your ego and your personality can be transcended and transmuted by the power of your ‘I am’. In order for it to be so, you must work on and understand what humility really is. For the moment, you are not really aware of what it is. Of course, on a basic level, you know it, but on a deeper level you do not really know it.

You could have Love for yourself and you could be very happy about what you have become, but you must not assume power over another. A lack of humility would be found at this level: to exert power over those who are not yet awakened. You must not only have much compassion for those who are not yet awakened but also help them.

We repeat what we have said previously: remain united in your families, remain united in your groups and in your relationships. Try to understand the other, his functioning and his suffering; put yourself as often as possible in the place of those who surround you in order to understand them better.

Each of you is in the process of cleaning out all that has been ingrained as difficult in your soul; even if you are not aware of it, you are cleaning out more and more, and now you are cleansing the smallest corners, to the point where your soul will be a great light, to the point where there are no more traumatisms, no more suffering.

The traumatisms and the suffering of your soul are not those that you could have at the level of your humanity. They are completely different: your soul sends you signals so that you can transform yourself and evolve and you do not perceive them which creates a certain suffering in it that has nothing to do with human suffering.

For what reason must you remain centered, must you work on your personality, on your interior violence and work on accepting the other? It is because soon you will no longer have the time to do it. You must at all costs remain centered.

If you have well understood how you function and if you have succeeded in remaining centered no matter what happens, the passage from what you are right now to what you will become will take place very easily."
