"We would so much like you to be able to grow more! We would so much like you to be able to climb beyond the constraints of your lives, as well as those of your ego! We would so much like you to be able to open your heart and your consciousness more, and to really recognize what you are through the achievement of what you have understood, of what you have learned! Man expresses a lot, retransmits what he has learned in one way or another, but sometimes has great difficulty applying the simplest things.

"You are precious to us, you can accomplish great things, beautiful things, on this plane. You can help greatly with your own transformation and help to transform others. However, in our opinion, you are wasting a great deal of time, because you are too absorbed by your problems.

"We would so much like you to be able to awaken to what you are, to be able to bring out your splendor, your Light! Of course, each of you has the same desire, but you do not give yourselves many options. You are too much prisoners of yourselves, too much prisoners of your problems! You are not sufficiently able to go beyond, to surpass them, you are not sufficiently able to understand your own mechanism. You wallow in your own self-pity too much!

"You humans too often lose precious time! Of course your lives may not be what you wish! We understand that you often feel like running away from the problems of existence. We understand that you sometimes feel like joining us, but you do not understand the importance of your mission enough, the importance of your life on this world. We have told you frequently that the energy of joy is a marvellous energy. Whatever you may live through, if you integrate this energy into your life, to your experiences, everything will be much more acceptable, much more comfortable.

"We know that you have the capacity to climb an extra step, however when you are facing this step, you do not know how to cross it, whether you have to haul up onto your hands or whether you need to lift your leg over. It is in front of you and sometimes it appears very high, when in fact it is truly tiny! It is your human consciousness that makes it appear so high to you!

"One must let go of one's humanity more and more. Of course, you will not be able to muzzle your humanity, but you will have to work more with your inner power. We have told you a myriad of times, we repeat it, but you do not hear.

"It should be simply that you can say to yourselves: I have the strength, the capacity, the power necessary to accomplish this transformation, I have the strength, the capacity and the power to transform myself day after day, to radiate Light and Love within me. I have the strength and the total capacity to heal my body and my heart and to soothe my soul. I have the strength to get out of any situation.

"Learn also to say: I will not give up in any circumstance of my life, I will draw deep into myself the power and the strength that I need to accomplish my mission in this world.

"Your soul will respond more and more to your life experiences, and will speak more and more to your material body. Learn how to understand it, learn to love it, learn to remove any unnecessary suffering from it. Learn how to feel it. For now, you children of the Earth, you human entities, you only feel matter, you only feel your physical body, your emotions, you only feel pleasures that can be achieved through this physical body. Your emotions and your feelings necessarily pass by your emotional center. You do not yet have the consciousness to rise beyond yourselves, you are nailed to the ground whereas only a very little can let you fly, can open you up to new horizons, can make you better understand yourself and better act.

"Be certain that we do not judge your behavior. We simply know that within yourselves there is such beauty, so much capacity, such strength and, above all such Love! Sometimes we are a little sorry that you do not make use of all this at your service, in the service of your life.

"You are all very different, yet complementary, and you are all bound by the same powerful desire for progress, for understanding, and an even more powerful desire for Love. Thus let this desire be realized!

"Tomorrow will be too late, tomorrow you will no longer have the capacity to transform yourself because you will have other much more important preoccupations than those that are yours today.

"Learn to know yourself better, learn to understand the signals, the calls of your soul, learn to open the doors of your heart wide."
