“Once you have understood that life is not duality but inner and outer joy and peace, once you see to what extent you burden yourself with prejudices or all sorts of useless things that slow you down and considerably lower your vibratory frequency, once you have realized what your life really is, that you succeed in living in joy no matter what happens to you, when faced with any situation you can maintain your serenity, your confidence, and your faith, your vibratory frequency will attain a level that will allow you to understand and to receive what you are not yet ready to understand or to receive.

For many years we have spoken to you about work, though the word does not correspond with what we have asked you to do, to understand and to improve in your behavior. Each one of you, over these years, has understood what we were asking based on what you were becoming.

We would like for you to notice to what extent you are prisoners of your habits and how much it disturbs you to change direction, to let go of what you, day after day, have created around you, whether it be on the level of your mental conceptions of life or in your relations with others.

It is not easy for you to be simple. Simplicity is not a part of man's functioning. The mind of man is so strong that it always needs to complicate life, things, relationships, and also feelings.

Try to discover who makes you act. Very often, it is not the most beautiful part of yourself but the restrictive part of your mind. The energy of the mind is very powerful; therefore, oppose it with that of the Divine Self by showing your mind that you have brought it to light. Thus, you will no longer need to remain within your limits, in that edifice that you have built within you and around you.

Day after day, over the course of your life, you have poorly constructed yourself. What you call your ‘education', as well as your desires, your fears, and especially your mistakes have made you what you are. The materials that you have used year after year are not good. The real materials are called confidence, faith, tolerance, acceptance, love, compassion, wisdom, and letting go. You know them, but at the limit, they do not interest you because you do not function with them, because the energy of your ego is so powerful that every time you wish to use new material to reconstruct or improve your edifice, it dissuades you and tells you: ‘have you seen how so-and-so in your family judges you or what they think of you? They don't appreciate you. Have you seen how they don't love you or how they don't know how to love you?' Whereas the energy of the Divine Self tells you: ‘Have you seen how those around you are grateful for what you do for them, how they appreciate your goodness, your kindness, your Love, and your abnegation?' which is not yet a part of the way you function.

Nonetheless, progressively the energy of the ego will give way to the energy of the Divine Self because by continually calling it to you, you give it life, you open the doors of your life to it, and it puts itself completely at the service of the precious being that you are.

We notice that you have great difficulties putting into practice what you learn intellectually. We, therefore, constantly make you review until it clicks within you, until you understand your mistakes, your limitations, and until you understand that you must not follow your desires but simply Wisdom, Compassion, and Love.

We know for certain that you will succeed by going through what you call trials and difficult moments to live. If there is no rebellion in relation to the moments that you find painful, there will assuredly be triggering mechanisms that will lead you to a victory over yourselves. You will then show much more interest in the new materials that are right beside you and that you will use little by little to reconstruct your edifice.

Always remember that you are Children of the Light working for the Light and who will return to the Light.

For the moment, many of you live their difficulties too intensely: they forget that they are Light and that through the Light difficulties no longer exist because they are smoothed away as if by miracle. As soon as they remember this, they understand much better what the energy of the Divine Self really is.

Learn to recognize the energy of the me (the energy of the ego) and the energy of the Self (the energy of the Divine) because you will be confronted more and more with your own difficulties, with your own barriers. If that occurs, it is because the time has come to get beyond them. As long as you have not accepted this surpassing, as long as you have not been able to experience it, you will continue to run into great difficulties. The world is heading towards an immense transformation and you are a part of this transformation.

If you do not wish to advance, you will fall. You will continue, nonetheless, to walk but it may be on all fours or on your knees and this will be very painful. If you succeed in understanding well the two energies that animate you, you will walk proudly on your own two legs very rapidly.”
