"There will be three steps in the transition:

- " The first step will take place at the very end of the third dimension. This is the phase where there will be a lot of departures, what you call disasters.

- "The second step will take place during an important vibratory passage after three days of darkness.

- "The third step will be the beginning of the fifth dimension and its stabilization."

If they give me the authorization, I will try to project my consciousness into the first phase. They are saying:

"It is not necessary to describe the first step, since it will manifest itself before the eyes of all man in a relatively short time.

"After this phase, there will be a great silence on Earth, as if all noise had been absorbed, as if everything had stopped. This will last a very short time, yet this phase of silence will take place.

"This silence will be favorable to the preparation of the second phase which will be a phase during which many human beings will generate fear, and at this time many spheres of energy that penetrate not only the earth, matter, but all life will be sent. These energies will be there to soothe and to assist in the accomplishment of this second phase.

"Of course, during this second step there will be a lot fewer people in this world. "

My consciousness is projected into this second phase. I am trying to feel what is happening around me. I feel human beings who are in peace, in serenity which surprises them. Everything is different around them, and they feel great joy. What is most surprising is that people who have not had any spiritual journey also feel this serenity, this peace, and this great joy which inundates them, and they do not know where it is coming from. It arises from the profound depths of their bodies and of their consciousness.

They begin to understand what Love is, what brotherhood is. They also begin to communicate with each other in a much different way than at present. Telepathy is developing very quickly.

I still feel this silence. It is a strange sensation, as if the mind of every man had been stilled. Man and nature await an immense renaissance, a new life. Those who are still in fear are becoming calm and I think the reason for this is the spheres of light that are being sent to our world.

Now I would like to go further, if they give me the opportunity. I would like to project myself into the third step.

I am going through another veil, and I am now in a world of Light. I see our Earth. It is different, it is harmonious.

Life is harmonious. All vegetation is expressing itself, that is to say that it is communicating with man. The flowers grow and exhale an absolutely extraordinary scent. It is not yet perfection, but it is the beginning of an immense beauty, of an immense serenity.

At the beginning of this third step, I see many beings. They are hesitant, yet they are happy. They are hesitant because they do not yet know what they will do, how they will lead their lives.

Now I see great vessels shining in the sky. Some are very long, others are oval, and others are much smaller.

Now I see small vessels coming out of an immense oval vessel, and they are coming to the Earth. They are landing and beings are emerging smiling hugely. Human beings are not afraid, they go to these beings in the utmost confidence. I see – this is very strange – it is as if these beings knew each other, and they are hugging.

They are saying:

"They recognize each other. They can communicate without words, and they also have the ability to communicate through words.

"The people who are coming to meet the children of the Earth use sound extensively, as if to ‘sing praise'. When they use their voices, it emanates as music. They have this sonorous way of expressing themselves."

They are allowing me to hear sounds. These sounds are not coming from the beings that I saw but from beings that I do not see. The music emanating from these beings reaches me at the soul level. These are very high vibratory sounds.

I would like to stay a little longer on this plane, in this dimension.

Imagine a dimension where everything is sweetness, where everything is kindness, where everything is only fraternity – yet it is a physical dimension. In this dimension, bodies are perfect. There is no more disharmony, there are no more imperfections, for the beings are perfect in their minds. They no longer generate thoughts of limitation, they no longer generate devolutional thoughts.

I ask that they leave me a few moments more, but they are saying:

"You must now go back to the other side of the veil.

"Workers of Light, it is your work of Light and of Love that will allow this world, this life to enter the third phase of the transition.

"You are preparing for the arrival of all these spheres. It is your Love that will allow these spheres to inundate matter. The more Love there is in the hearts of man, the more the spheres will help in the transformation of matter and in the transition. The more Love there is among people, the less difficult the transition will be, and the shorter it will be. The more Love there is among people, the less will the elements be in a fury.

"Thus with all the strength that we can emit through this small channel, we say this:

"Love yourselves. Do not judge anyone anymore, at least avoid it as much as possible. Love yourselves as you are, love each other. Make peace within yourselves, make peace with life. Completely cut the ties that chain you in order to free yourselves and to lighten yourselves.

"We are asking you again, with all our Love, with all our strength: ‘Love yourselves! It is so important.'

"Remember that you are Workers of Light on a mission in this world and you are preparing the new world. Only the Love that emanates from your hearts will allow these spheres to transform this world with less suffering."
