“Health problems, at least physical suffering, have several causes for manifesting themselves. One of them is a deep discomfort, or a non-accepted suffering; it is also sometimes anger expressed or not. You know these causes but despite this, sometimes you fall into these traps.

Another cause, very important, is the vibratory change of your bodies, of your planet, of all that lives. We have very often spoken of this vibratory change, of this preparation for the transition, but we are going to speak of it again.

It is much more complicated than you think because everything in you must transmute, whether it be at the level of your physical bodies or of your energy bodies, in order to adapt oneself to the extraordinary energies of the higher dimensions.

As long as there is a conscious or unconscious resistance in your body, there is automatically a somatic reaction and suffering.

Illness does not exist. Rather, consider that a certain illness corresponds to a certain entity. At this time, many among you are affected at the level of your respiratory system and of the throat; this can be considered as an entity that corresponds to these illnesses and that slows down your transformation, your preparation for the transition. You need to have an enormous willpower, a great understanding and especially much Love to be able to prepare yourself for this immense transition without secondary effects on your physical body and your energy bodies.

How do you manifest your willpower? Only by being conscious of who you are, by observing your behavior, by thinking as often as possible of accompanying your vibratory increases and to accompany the transformation of your body towards this vibration that is much higher.

It is perhaps a blessing that you are undergoing all of this, because you have a deeper awareness that something is happening within you, that you are experiencing an inner transformation. Some will not need this manifestation to experience this inner transformation. They have experienced it in a different way or they will experience it later.

As much as possible, remain conscious of this immense transformation that you are undergoing. The great fatigues that assail you sometimes are also the sign of your vibratory transformation. It is not as easy as you suppose to attain the next higher octave. You know that you are essentially energies, but that within what you are these energies have several frequencies and it is necessary that you be able to tune them to the higher octave. It is not easy for you Earth beings, because not only are you undergoing your own transformation but you are also subjected to all of the energies that surround you and those coming from the Universe that can sometimes destabilize you.

A time will come when you begin to feel much lighter, when everything falls into place in a beautiful way. At that time, you will no longer be in a state of weakness because you will no longer be in deep transformation. We say in a state of weakness in relation to certain energies. Therefore, you will resist much better all of the gigantic emanations of the energies that submerge you.

For a greater understanding, you must keep this in mind: no longer think the word ‘illness’, think of the words ‘transformation’ and ‘transmutation’.

Banish the word ‘illness’ from your vocabulary and simply say: my body is transforming itself, my energies are getting lighter, but in order for that to take place, sometimes this will cause me some discomforts.

We have often spoken to you about the Divine being that is within you; each of you is totally aware of this, talk to this Divine Self also, but the connection has not yet been made, so you only receive a very partial aid from this immense power.

It is absolutely necessary that you re-harmonize your body in the highest vibration. What is causing you all of these disagreeable problems is the disharmony between the vibratory frequency of your physical body and that of your subtle bodies.

We say to those who work with energies that this has nothing to do with what you know on an energy level; this only takes place in sound, in the vibratory frequency emitting a particular sound.

All you need to do is simply connect your consciousness to your physical body and to all of you energy bodies, and also all you need to do is ask for our help, to let yourself go and also to abandon all of your preoccupations and worries. If you are absorbed by your preoccupations and your worries, without letting go, the work that you can do will not be very important.

However, each of you can do it in your own way; we leave you free to re-harmonize yourself through the Love that you can have for your body, of the consciousness that you can have of the Divine that is within you and which is all-powerful. We impose nothing upon you, we are simply offering you some possibilities.

We know how difficult it is for you to experience this transition. Many humans are living this transformation in an extremely difficult fashion, simply because they are not aware of what is happening to them, and they are in revolt, resentment, in violence and in non-acceptance.

Therefore, even if you experience some discomforts, be aware of the opportunity that you have. Also be aware of the considerable aid that we can give you. You do not think about this enough or you have doubts. You may say: of course, you help us but this does not have much effect because I am still very tired, because I still have this cold that will not leave me, because I still have a sore throat, because, because, because… and we, we answer you: what are you doing really? Do you have enough Love for your body, for all those who surround you, of Love for the Universe? Are you aware of what you are experiencing? Are you conscious of your possibilities?

Sometimes you are complaining and assisted and you do not understand the considerable force that dwells within you.

You ask of others to give you what they cannot give you or that they give you with their Love, when inside of each of you there is an extraordinary power.

Of course, you can have others help you and that is noble and pure if it is done with Love. However, remember that in the depths of yourself is a power that can be activated to help you in this immense transformation that you are experiencing right now.

Not one living being, whether it belongs to the mineral kingdom, the vegetable kingdom, the animal kingdom, or the human race is escaping this immense vibratory transformation. Everything must transform itself or die; everything must prepare itself for the new Earth, for the new life.

This is of considerable importance. You are living next to life, but you are not living in life. You are living in your preoccupations and we understand it because life on Earth is very difficult at this time.

If all humans succeeded in living much more peacefully, much more wisely, everything would happen in a much easier way for each of them.”
