"My mission is to train you, I try with all my best to wake you up, to make you better understand who you are and to make you better understand where you come from and to whom you belong. When I say 'to whom you belong' I refer to your Divine Belonging.

"We ask of you, my brothers and I, that you put everything that we have taught you into practice even more. We ask you to work over and over again on your anger, to understand it, to transcend it, to understand what anger really is. Anger is an emotion fed by energy at low frequencies that you generate. It often comes from a misunderstanding because you have decided something which is not necessarily consistent with what another has decided for you or for himself. It is also a revolt against what surrounds you, whether it be at the material, at the spiritual or at the emotional level.

"Understand that anger is an emotion generated by a misunderstanding of yourself and of others. It is generated by susceptibility, it may also be generated by what seems to be an injustice. We wish to expressly eradicate all anger from you, at least that you understand it so that you don't permanently generate these emotions of low frequencies.

"To understand and transcend anger is a crucial point.

"We have taught you a lot, you have integrated a lot intellectually, but you still have so many veils that prevent your heart from expressing itself! Your personality is still far too dominant, it gives you a rigidity, a stiffness that you absolutely must soften. Of course, it is not obvious that you must go against your own personality, that you must understand that you have to transcend permanently! Ask that comprehension be given to you permanently.

"Don't talk of love, talk of compassion so that compassion becomes rooted in you.

"Sometimes you are asleep; however, you believe you are doing well, and you are under the impression that because you are reading lofty words, because you are listening to beautiful music, or even to our transmissions, that you are making progress. We say that this is not the case! We give you assistance, but if you don't know how to use this tool, it is useless!

"We know all your potential and sometimes we are sad to see you stumble on a tiny pebble which perhaps seems like a mountain for you, but for us is a tiny pebble.

"As long as you do not understand, as long as you do not go beyond, we will put pebbles, thorns, on your path again and again. Understanding helps awakening because without understanding, there is no awakening.

"You can pronounce lofty words, render beautiful texts but if you do nothing about it, all this is totally sterile!

"I ask you to do little at a time, but to do it well so that you do not incessantly fall back then move forward again. Take a small thing you want to see transformed in yourself and for eight days, fifteen days, one month, work tirelessly on it. You cannot transform everything at once, but you can work on one thing at a time until it is transformed.

"We ask of you to have much more suppleness, much more tolerance, to do much more listening. We ask you to listen to everyone and not to be personal in your problems, in your miseries, in your misunderstandings.

"Of course you can share but you must also listen, it is very important, because listening to others is a learning process for your own evolution. If you don't listen to each other, you are isolated within yourselves! Don't forget that the other is a mirror and much more than that! The other is also you!"
