“You are going to perform a simple work. Prior to be able to accomplish this work of Love projection, we are going to assist you in your preparation. We are first going to assist you in emptying your mind for this is of great importance.

When your mind is busy, there cannot be strong connections between the third dimensional world and the fourth or fifth dimensional one. This connection cannot be established properly and thus we cannot overlight you with all the necessary energies that will enable you to undergo the transformation, the transmutation of the human species and the planet.

First still your mind. Visualize it as a large room. This room is cluttered with your thoughts, your concerns, and your worries. Be very studious in clearing this room. Free it from all your thoughts, all your concerns and all your worries.

Little by little you will perceive the light replacing every unnecessary thing that clutters this room. Light is going to fill the entire room. Allow this light to enter and illumine every single little corner of this room which is now cleared and ready to receive universal Love.

Try to project yourself mentally in this room which is your home. This is the place where you are going to receive all the energy, all the Love you need to restructure yourself so you may keep going along the path.

Now sit in the center of this room and feel Love and Peace penetrating you. You are feeling better and better. Important work is going on within you.

Now you are established in universal Love and strength is within you, so you may first help all those who are suffering in this world. With all the Love that is within you, overlight North Africa, this country of suffering, currently a stronghold of the dark light. Overlight this country with your Love and Light. Expand your Love and Light on all North Africa and then on the whole African continent.

Now overlight Asia with all the Love and Light of your heart, and continue with South America, Central America, North America and then Canada.

Now overlight with your Love Eastern Europe, all of Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Central Europe, France and all the neighboring countries.

Then overlight with your Love the city or village where you live. Overlight and surround your home with golden light and Love.

Now overlight with your Love all your brothers, all those who experience pain and despair. It is very important for man to work for his brothers facing difficulties. It is very important do develop Love within yourself, to pray, and to raise your consciousness as often as possible.

Now think of the one you wish to help with your Love: your whole family and all your friends.

Now you are going to work on yourself. Visualize yourself again in this wonderful room filled with Love and Light, that room which represents your mind. You are in the center of the room and your guide is appearing beside you.

With the help of your guide, start to go deeper within you to discover yourself. Meet with these areas in your body that create pain and need to be regenerated. Very slowly explore your body and overlight every suffering part with white Light and Love, then slowly reach the tip of your feet and illumine your whole body.

Now move upward very slowly while giving love to every part of your body as if you were worshipping God within you. As you become aware of the sacredness of your body, this marvelous tool you were given to go about in this world, see it shining with Light, perceive it in its perfection.

There is no more pain or deficiency. All the cells are being rebuilt and regenerated as you move up in your body until you reach the room filled with Love and Light. Feel how more and more energy and strength are within you. Also feel how light your body is. You are capable of transforming anything that is not perfect within you for it is the Divine Force inhabiting you that is leading this transformation.

Now you feel perfectly well in your body. You are filled with a perfect stillness. Try to locate your awareness at the level of your heart chakra and receive the cosmic energy as a golden rain; feel the telluric energy moving up from your feet to your heart chakra where it merges with the cosmic energy. Thus unite these two energies which are necessary for Life, at least in this dimension.

Now open yourself completely, bring your hands on your knees palms facing up and open all your chakras, as if you were opening windows, and let energy corresponding to each chakra penetrates you.

Let this energy flow inside you. Each chakra within your vehicle of manifestation has its own color and corresponding ray. Feel more and more energies flowing through these energy receivers.

At this time, human beings need to open themselves up to these energies to remain centered and balanced. You should connect each one of your chakras to its corresponding energy at least once a day, and center yourself with the help of these energies.
