"This work in reharmonization can be done in a group. You can also perform this for yourself during your meditations when you are alone.

"Before starting the reharmonization, let us do some preparation.

"Ask for the help of the Divine within each one of you so that you will accomplish this reharmonization on someone or on yourself as efficiently as possible. Be aware that it is the Divine Being who gives and not the human being. Human beings receive energy from the Universe from their Brothers of Light. You can restore these energies of Love and transformation through your hands as a ‘ giver', as a ‘ helper'. It is in the depths of each of you, in your inner temple that you'll be able to find these energies of Love.

"Visualize a sphere of light from the sun in your solar system. Imagine or visualize the sun and a small sphere of light coming to you. This sphere of golden light enters your coronal power center, and slowly will place itself in the power center of your solar plexus.

"Visualize now powerful white energies emanating from your Mother Earth. Try to place your feet firmly flat in order to feel these telluric energies, the energies of the Mother.

"Try to slowly feel the energy in your legs. It enters your pelvis and melts into your solar plexus into the golden energies of the sun. Try for a few moments to feel the energies rising from the Earth and the energies emanating from the sun merging in your solar plexus.

"Through this work, you reharmonize centers of power located below and above the solar plexus.

"Place your consciousness at the level of your heart and go into your inner crystal cathedral, that Cathedral of Light, that magnificent cathedral that you're trying to build the brightest possible.

"In the midst of this cathedral there is a being. He looks like you, except that he is perfect. Your human consciousness accompanied by your spiritual consciousness will be moving toward your Divine Consciousness, toward this being of perfection that is within you. Ask for his help with all the Love of your human and spiritual consciousness so that you can be as efficient as possible in this work of reharmonization and of Love. For a few seconds, ask for his help for this work.

"Put your left hand in receipt of the energies at shoulder level, and your right hand at the level of your heart, the level of your temple, the sacred within you.

" ‘ Helpers' are to be placed in front of and behind the person to be reharmonized. If possible, a man will be in front of him or her and a woman behind him or her.

"Everyone will extend both hands with palms forward to project the energy of Love on the being to be reharmonized as well as on the ‘ helpers'.

" (Those who do the work by themselves will keep their hands in receipt of the energy at shoulder height.)

"To increase the power of this work of Love, you are going to say these ‘empowering words' aloud:

"By the power of God, by the power of the Divine within man, by the immense Love of God, by the immense Love of Christ within man, I totally reharmonize X…. I give him or her strength, I give him or her all the Love of the Divine within me.

" (If you are by yourself, say: By the power of God, by the power of the Divine within me, by the immense Love of God, by the immense Love of Christ within me, I reharmonize myself.)

"Be assured that the magic of Love always acts and always goes where it should. It always reharmonizes what it should reharmonize. Know that all beings who are present are helped as well. What you give, you receive, so each one of you is reharmonized.

"For a second, try to merge with what we are, to merge in Universal Love, to merge in total confidence, to merge in the universal brotherhood.

"Project all your Love on all those whom you would like to help, on your loved ones and on all your human brothers.

"Project all your Love on the people who have left the Earth Plane and who are a little lost. Visualize them as small leaves that you are guiding on a magnificent Journey of Light.

"Project now all your Love on the people you love and who have left the Earth Plane as well.

"Project your immense Love on your Mother the Earth, on the Whole Universe. You are children of the Universe on an experimental mission on Earth, but you belong to the Universe.

"Now return the energy to Mother Earth by extending your hands with palms facing the ground. You might feel less heat in the energy than you have felt so far.

"Never forget what you are as well as all your potential.

"We will help you to remember, and when your bodies causes you to suffer a little, try to open all your centers of power to capture the energy of the Universe and call us, your ‘ helpers' of Light."
