I see a Being of Light who has a human form. I see a very bright, clear, and soft golden color which I suspect is his aura. I see nothing resembling a human body; I see only a bright golden human form. He tells me the following:

“It is imperative for you to understand that you have the infinite ability to totally regenerate your body.”

Now, I see a human being, as though he is superimposed on the Being of Light. I can see his skeletal framework. Oddly enough, I have the impression that the Being of Light behind him is making the human body transparent in order that I may see inside. The Being of Light says:

“His frame is worn, but he has within himself the ability to regenerate it. If he is presented with certain difficulties, it is in order that he may work with the awareness of his state and with the possibility of regenerating his entire skeleton.”

I now see something resembling small gray clouds rising from his body. These clouds are transformed and absorbed by the Being of Light. It is a cleansing.

The Being of Light says:

“If you have not done the work needed to integrate as much as possible the energies of renewal, then you will suffer.”

Once again, I see the human being in front of me and I see tiny gray clouds rising from his body. Curiously, I see his frame transforming and strengthening itself. As if touched by a magic wand, he now has a very healthy skeleton rejuvenated by 20 or 30 years.

Now I can see the cleansing and the transformation of his cardiovascular system. I see his internal organs emanating small nebula that resemble tiny puffs of gray smoke: I am not quite sure how to describe them.

Once all the smoke disappears, I see that his body has been cleansed of all scoria, fear, suffering, and doubt all of which form the small nebula that take root in the organs, the blood, and the bones.

The Being of Light says:

“I am showing you this, so that all who listen to this message will know that it is the same for them, and if at any given moment their body is in pain, they will know that it is suffering because it is undergoing this immense transformation.

It is of the utmost importance that each one of you – all ‘Workers of the Light' – connects with his Divine Part, connects with us your ‘Brothers of Light', and connects with the Source.”

He continues:

“Let each one of you, in his home and according to his capacity, filled with trust and faith, work on his body for a period of nine consecutive days, and we will help him regenerate his body and harmonize all parts of his organism.

If the work is well done, then after nine days you will be different, you will have changed. However, you must approach and perform this work with complete trust and abandon.

If possible, try to meditate at about the same time each day. This is important to us who are helping you: it is as if you are scheduling a daily meeting with us for nine consecutive days.

You do not have to do this for hours on end. Ten minutes are enough. During these ten minutes, you must have complete trust and faith in the possibility of your own transformation and transmutation, in the help we can give you, and in the help you can give to yourself, that is in the help that your ‘Body of Light' can give to your physical body.

At the end of nine days, you will be astonished. Each one of you will be amazed at his personal transformation and equally astounded by the increase in the development of his faculties of perception.

During these nine days, it is important that you refrain from eating any meat, and that you eat smaller portions in order to lighten your body so that the food you ingest may agree with the work we are asking you to do.

In these times of trouble and distress, you must have trust and faith both in yourself and in us; otherwise you will have a great many worries and troubles. It is for this reason that we are trying to help you by whatever means we have and with the help and abilities of our channel.

New possibilities will be born within each one of you and each one of you will be able to help his brother. What you have yet to understand is that when you connect to the Divinity within yourself, or when you connect to us, and you are willing to truly help your brother with the Divine Love that flows within you, then the help you provide will be real.

You will have much work to do, if only to reassure others in the near future.

If you lighten your vibrations, if you connect to the Divinity within yourself, to us, to the Source, and if you have trust and faith then you will conquer and rise above what you might say are ‘a thousand and one difficulties'.

You will be asked to do this novena several times before the end of the year. You can choose the time, but once you start you must complete the novena otherwise it will be absolutely worthless.

We repeat, you only need to do this work for five to ten minutes: the most important is to try to do it. You can do it either at night before going to sleep, or in the morning before getting up. The most important is for you to connect to your Inner Divinity and to us for a period of nine days.”

(There is no specific exercise to be performed, the Beings of Light are only saying that each and every one connects to the Sun, to the Source, to them, and of course to his Inner Divinity, by visualizing himself completely illuminated. The Energies will then act accordingly.)
