Dear Beings of Light, you talked to us about novenas; could you give us more information about this method of work? Is it more efficient to do a novena during waxing moon, at about the same time each day? Should one address Master Jesus or Mary? Should one say personal prayers or stock prayers?

“My God, human beings are so complicated!”

They are around me ... if you could see them, even for a second, you would see the energy of their beautiful smile that contains all the Love of the Earth.

They say to me:

“We will answer your question because it still has great importance.

We told you some time ago that it would be beneficial for you to do a novena for 9 days in a row by eating much lighter food, by self-connecting, by connecting to the Universe through meditation.

It would be desirable that the meditation be done at about the same time each day. When you do a meditation or a prayer, you attract Beings of Light to you much more easily (of course, they do not need a clock), but for you, humans, this discipline involves a different willingness.

Do the novena from your heart, depending on your deep inner feelings. Do not be too much in a ritual. Try to still your mind for a deep meditation which may last only ten minutes, because it is useless to try to make a great effort to meditate for an hour and ending up not doing anything concrete. We may sound a little hard yet we must say things as they are.

You can do either a silent meditation, a spoken meditation with the power of the word, or a thinking meditation during which you send Love and Light to everyone you wish to help, to your brothers, to your Mother the Earth, to us (we will be very happy).”

They say jokingly:

“That will be a just return of things (laughter in the room).

Do the novena as you wish!

Of course, the Moon has a relative importance, but if you go towards this option you will not reach the real goal of your meditation.

This meditation is aimed to lighten up your body by eating a much lighter food; it is also aimed to self-connect, to connect to your Mother the Earth, to your Father the Sun, to the whole Universe. If you can do that you will increasingly progress.

Children of the Earth, do not complicate things, as this behavior is useless and devolutional.”
