"We shall try to talk to you about the consciousness of spirit and matter. All this is still a little confused within you, as you do not yet fully grasp how to position yourself in relation to the concepts of spirit, of consciousness, of consciousness of matter, of consciousness of the soul and of consciousness of the spirit.

"Your physical body is also a body of energy. The physical body, as you know, has a consciousness. Then you have the consciousness of the soul, which is a consciousness of energy too, yet completely different from the consciousness of the Divine.

"Talk to your body, be really aware of what it is, love it, thank all the parts of your body which allow you to live and to be happy, to discover wonders, to be creative, thank your hands which can create marvelous objects thanks to the consciousness of matter in compliance with your spiritual consciousness, that is the consciousness of the soul.

"You are able to create absolutely marvelous things, be it music, sculptures, drawings, with help of the temporary fusion of the spiritual consciousness, the consciousness of the soul with the consciousness of matter (of the body). The same could be achieved when you want to reharmonize a part of your body. The only problem is that human beings are too impatient, they have the impression of appealing to the Divine part, the soul of course, as everything passes through the soul before going to the body, they have the impression that by appealing to their Divine part once or twice, the result will be obtained. It often needs to be solicited several times before any contact can be established between a sincere demand made in absolute confidence and the result to this demand.

"The consciousness of the soul is quite deeply linked to the consciousness of matter, to the consciousness of your human body. If it were not so, your body would not have the energy it has and would not be able to do all it does. Did you ever ask yourself: ‘Who gives me warmth? Who regulates all the vital functions of my body?' Of course, it is the consciousness of the body, yet permanently linked to the consciousness of the soul.

"You will understand this very fast: when the soul leaves the body, the body can no longer continue to live; so, since the consciousness of the soul has such an impact on your body, try to use it when your body is in demand. Often, when you feel pain in one place or another, it always is related to a blocking of energies, energies in duality, energies created by a suffering which is not necessarily a physical suffering, a suffering created by the mental, by a refusal, by weariness, by lack of love or by frustrations.

"All thoughts created by the mental, which is totally at the service of the human consciousness and which also manages the human consciousness, have a reality in your body, they create a reality (often disharmonies) in it. When we say ‘create a reality”, we want to say they create unpleasantness, because there is somatization. Everything you think, all the suffering you create, sometimes impregnates your soul."

They show me a picture: the human consciousness, represented by a ball of energy taking a thousand and one different colors, sometimes marvelous colors, other times much darker ones. There is like a tunnel leading to another ball of energy, often of a marvelous color, with tremendous power, but which is not used. This tunnel connects the two balls of energy, which are the first two consciousnesses. A third even much brighter and much more powerful ball of energy, which is the one of our divine consciousness exists. This ball is also connected to the other two via the same tunnel.

"We explain the different consciousnesses in this way so that you understand more easily what is Divine consciousness, spiritual consciousness and the body's consciousness – human consciousness.

"Thus when the human consciousness, fed by the mental, by creative thoughts more or less inferior or positive, the passage between human consciousness and the consciousness of the soul takes place both ways. In a certain way you can impregnate your soul with everything you live through your body, with all your sufferings, with all your inferior thoughts.

"The moment you begin to understand the functioning between your various levels, you must become far more vigilant. By visualizing these two spheres and the tunnel connecting them, you can ask for your soul's strength to harmonize those parts of your body that cause difficulties, make you suffer.

"Try to imagine the energy coming from the Divine feeding your soul, and ask your soul, your spiritual consciousness, to give you all that is necessary for the good functioning of your body and to annihilate and transcend all energy items in duality in this body. Your soul will help you, but you need to know how to formulate demands. If you obtain no results, the demand has not been formulated correctly. In formulating the demands in your mind, there might always remain a little doubt. Even if you do not express this doubt via the spoken word, it may well creep into your thought.

"If your first demand gave no result, start over again, a first time, a second time, a third time until the lock opens, until the energy from the soul flows freely through this tunnel and floods your human consciousness and your human body.

"Your human consciousness could far more take into account the reality of your physical body. Too frequently you tend to say: ‘I suffer here, I suffer there', and you do not have the reflex to ask your soul: ‘Can you give me a little help so that I no longer suffer, that I be reharmonized?'

"It is easier for you to emit devolutional thoughts rather than to print within yourselves thoughts of force, of harmony, of perfect health.

"You cannot really be held guilty for this because you have to put up with all that has been instilled into you since birth, instilled into your parents, instilled into your grand parents since their respective births. You suffer from a certain education, and when we tell you, we your Brothers of Light, that you must try learning to unlearn everything you have learned, meaning that you must reach the understanding of how you function, not how medicine or the study of your body explain it to you.

"You have a very limited experience of your body; you as human beings only see matter, you try to repair matter (by the way, more or less well) and you forget about the essential parameters.

"We shall give you a very simple example. When you hit yourself, when you fall down, you immediately create an energy blockage, as the pain energy prevents the normal energy to circulate freely. When you hit yourself, when you fall down and when you have a bruise somewhere, when you break a bone, you should perform energy work upon yourself: visualize energy of the color of light circulating freely; do it several times and you will feel the pain going away slowly. There exists the pain of the physical bruise and there also exists the pain of the energy.

"The moment you understand the power of thought and the power of your soul upon your body, you will succeed to fully annihilate a bruise, to completely regenerate a suffering part of your body, and even to fully consolidate your bones; once you are used to this work, you will no longer need surgery, you will visualize the part with great sharpness and you will do the work of resoldering your bones.

"The energy of reconstruction derives from the spiritual consciousness, from the regenerating power of your soul. Remember the three spheres, it is easy, it might help you to better understand, and thereby, to better work on your body and to better understand it.

"When a part of your body is aching, remember to solicit the energy of your soul, to open the passage, the lock which leads you through the tunnel to your soul. When you solicit the energy of your soul, the lock between the soul, the small tunnel and the Divine part opens automatically to feed your soul, because the Divine part never will let the soul without the necessary energy."

They show me – and it is very beautiful– symbols, very representative and important pictures. I see the first sphere extremely bright, outstandingly beautiful and of great power. The lock and the small tunnel connect the first sphere to the other sphere– also very brilliant – which it continuously feeds, and to the third sphere, the sphere of your body, of your human consciousness.

"Finally, this last sphere requires most of the energy because it gets exhausted. Your soul can feel the suffering of your body and the suffering you generate through your thoughts, through your refusals to experiment.

"Finally, under whatever circumstances, try to solicit the energy you need, not only to restore your bodies, but also to repair it if necessary.

"Why do we mention this? Because we know that you are able to understand and that we also know that in a relatively very short time you will need to regenerate yourselves, to reharmonize yourselves on your own.

"Once you have become sufficiently strong in this area, you will be able to considerably help other people. How are you able to help other people? Simply, when you are ready, by talking to, and by asking the human consciousness of the other person to open the passage, the lock, the tunnel leading to his soul, to his spiritual consciousness, so that the soul, the spiritual consciousness can perform miracles upon his body. It is like talking telepathically to the person you want to help.

"What you can further do (because anyone can do it and will have to do it), is to project much Love Light. This will make it easier for the person to become instinctively aware of his soul.

"We have not exposed the above subject matter this way before. Think about it. We have tried to convey very simple images so that it will be easier for you to understand and to apply."
