"Regarding the spiritual path that you have all chosen which is sometimes heavy, difficult, we would like to say: each day do the best you can in your actions, the best you can in your thoughts, in your feelings. We ask you to master your impulses and your desires.

"One must always have control in order to be able to walk in the middle of the road as much as possible. This does not necessarily require the road of an ascetic, of a wise man: you are not quite ready for that road. In your life, try to always do the best you are capable of because this is important. However, it is not important if for one day you do not do it.

"You should know that you constantly do the work of alchemy and this requires a great deal of courage, of will, of Love and of perseverance. Before accomplishing the great work of your life, the great work of your soul, there will still be moments of great joy, moments of despair, moments of doubt, moments of sadness. This is part of the third dimension.

"We will now speak about the transition a little. We have often done this, we will do it again so that you can accelerate your awareness, your transformation, your elevation.

"When the time comes, if you are not sufficiently prepared, there may be some periods of fear, of panic and of incomprehension because the animal man within you will react. At that time, one must be able to allow, first, man and then spiritual man to intervene. Animal man within you contains any fear which will perhaps have him act badly in certain circumstances. We would prefer not to, but we speak of this because it is among the probabilities.

"When you are connected to us, anything seems simple. You are under the impression that surpassing, letting go, accepting, Unconditional Love are within your reach. When you are caught by life again, such powerful energy as that of the ego veils your becoming. In fact, it veils what you really are and your behavior becomes like that of many of your brother human beings again (although you have already greatly integrated, greatly understood). At times you become fully human again, we would even say human as in the energy of animality. This is not a criticism, as you might say on earth; it is that you function in three different ways in your vibratory frequency:

– Any impulses, any desires which you cannot control, any violence and any anger are still part of your animality.

– Any desire for wisdom, for kindness, for Love, for beauty are part of man.

– Any desire for Unconditional Love, for Light, for understanding, for integration, any desire to go still higher in your search, to project yourselves as high as possible to reach Christic Energies of which you are currently in need are part of spiritual man.

"You will leave the animal man behind little by little to find the ‘human' man more and more. At times you reach the spiritual man, until you become permanently installed into it."

Now I feel a very powerful energy that I recognize and toward which I am increasingly drawn – it is filling my heart with joy. I am feeling the great power of the Christic Energy. Everything has become great light, great peace. I am not seeing Him yet, I am simply feeling Him.

Now I see the air vibrating in His Light. Now I feel His presence. He is saying:

"I, or at least one piece of what I am, will be among you more and more because it is imperative that you integrate the Christic Energy.

"During these times of great confusion, it is imperative that you can find the path to Me, the path which connects you to Me.

"I will be present more and more with all people of the heart, with all those who serve the Light and Love, with all those who dedicate themselves to lighting up their brothers in total selflessness, in total gift. For this, I would like to thank you as your Big Brother of Love.

"I can give you so much.

"You must be able to connect yourselves to Me as much as possible so that I am constantly present in your heart.

"Because you always seek for knowledge, seek for tradition, seek for what I could have been, what I could have done while I was incarnated on your Earth, I will speak about Myself a little.

"It is true that My mission was an extraordinary one. It is true that for a short time of my life I was cut off from what I really was, but I found the memory of what I was and who I was with the help of My spiritual family, of My beloved father, of My beloved mother.

"My Essenian family had among other things the ability to communicate with other worlds, with your extraterrestrial brothers. This may seem hard to believe but I know that you readily believe what I am saying. Essentially, in your time, it seems that you have lost contact with your brothers of the Cosmos, your brothers of the Universe.

"My memory was restituted so that I could carry out My mission on Earth, so that I could be effective as possible. All My travels were by vessels. My brothers whom I had left in a huge vessel, this in which I am currently living, continuously helped me.

"A time 2000 years ago, a current time for Me, for us, does not have any reality. Time erases, time deletes. What I achieved two thousand years ago corresponds to yesterday for Me. I visited not only places but also, especially important groups, important in their spiritual openness, in their capacity to hold and to light up in spiritual and occultist tradition everyone who would be able to integrate and to also give back the specific teaching I gave them. In return, they gave Me their knowledge of the third dimension, their knowledge of man with all his behavior, with all his desires. There were large exchanges of knowledge between Me, who came from very high planes, and man who had the extraordinary courage to rise from such a dense plane.

"I have sown seeds of Love everywhere. These seeds of Love have taken root in Judea, in Palestine, in all countries which were mine, which I traveled through. I have been in many other places: it was simply that the point of anchor be located at this spot because at that time this was a major point of civilization from which anything I put into any hearts and into any consciousness would disseminate, would fuse. In addition, as has been said, the city of Jerusalem is an important chakra of planet Earth. Thus the energies were able to spread much more and much more easily.

"I am pleased to have accomplished this mission. Even if human beings of today are under the impression that Love is a parody, that Love does not exist because there is too much suffering and violence in this world, not only does what I have accomplished remain, but it is expressed. Your hearts will increasingly open to Unconditional Love, you will increasingly integrate My Energy, the Christic Energy, because it is thus. This Christic Energy, this Divine Energy will be of great assistance, will always allow you to progress in serenity. You will have strength and the strength will remain within you even if sometimes, as I have said, there are still storms, still difficulties in your lives.

"Let me say once again before I leave: ‘Connect yourselves to Me, connect yourselves with the heart, with the soul, connect yourselves in totality, immerse yourselves in My Christic Love for you, for the Earth's plan.'

"Everything will be much easier if you connect constantly to My energy of Light and Love. I am very close to you, I am very close to man. I was a man and, consequently, I understand man in his joys, in his suffering and in his sorrow, for I have greatly suffered. I know what you feel and that is why I really can help you.

"The more your hearts open to the Energy of Christic Love, the more I will inundate them with Love. Prepare yourselves within your hearts, within your souls, prepare yourselves for My Coming. This world is accelerating its transformation. It will move faster toward its becoming. Prepare yourselves in your hearts, prepare yourselves in your souls to receive Me, to meet with Me.

"Now I bless you, I give you My peace, I give you My Love. Always be confident, I love you."

"The more you progress, the more your veils are removed, you will feel more and more what you used to feel intuitively, and you will integrate more and more new data in your functioning.

"The more you progress, the more you need Love – this will become essential food for your soul, and you will be able to find this love in Christic Love, you will be able to find it by asking your great Brother of Love and Light, by asking the Source, by connecting yourselves to the Sun as well. This Love you receive from outside will feed you continuously and make your inner Love, your Divine Being grow, and at that time, it will express itself, it will radiate.
