"We often ask you to practice the opening of your heart, but of course this cannot be done simply by the will of your human consciousness. For this opening of the heart to occur, you must first rid yourself of pollution as often as possible, meaning cleanse yourself of any limiting thoughts, any thoughts of sadness, of inner anger and of fear that you have most probably emitted and that you are still emitting.

"You must learn to have a shower of Light every morning, to seek help from the Hierarchies and to call upon yourself Light and Christic Love! Any time you wash your physical body, this must become a reflex! Visualize this marvellous shower of Light and Love for a few moments. First, visualize the energy entering your physical body, each of your cells, and into the matter of your body. Next expand this vision to your subtle bodies, then recenter yourself at the level of your cardiac plexus.

"When you are really within the opening of your heart, you will have made peace with yourself for anything that has worried you, for anything that is buried deep within yourself, which you have not yet accepted and which sometimes comes back to your consciousness. You will still these creations, these unpleasant children whom you have given life through your thoughts: you must absolutely transform them with the consciousness that Love can transform anything provided that you connect yourself to the Universe, that you ask for help from your Brothers of Light, that you ask for help from your Divine Self which you can access when you are in the third dimension.

"It is very important to see yourself and others from a different point of view! You have nothing to ask of others; however, you should ask everything of yourself! You will never be able to change another person, but you are always able to change yourself through successive awareness, and a deep desire for transformation!

"When this desire is deep and sincere, you put energies of transformation into action which greatly facilitate the work within you. This must not be a willingness emitted by the lower mind, by the intellect, it must be emitted by the higher mind as well as by such important centers as your heart which, unfortunately, you do not know how to use at this level of energy.

"In the months and years ahead, not only will we, your Brothers of Light, request many things from you, but, as fear and anxiety may gain many hearts, those around you will as well.

"Soon it will be called upon each of you to implement what we have taught you and to give even more. What you need to give will be revealed and will be made available to what you are.

"You could be troubled by very powerful energies of misunderstanding, of fear, and of violence emitted by humankind. That is why we are urging you to cleanse yourself of pollution as often as possible! It will be very important to do so, be it only once a day! This takes only a few moments!

"Call the energies of Light and Love, visualize a shower of Light and Love, work with the color white, purple and gold. You now also have available a new white-blue energy of Light.

"The opening of your heart will occur more and more through the consciousness of this Love which emanates from your deepest inner self. You will not be conscious of this Love with your human mind, you will experience it! Gradually you will feel this energy smoothly free itself from you and go to everybody, even to those whom you do not know. You will be full of compassion. That is why we ask you to work with generosity, one of the fundamental qualities of man.

"Man must give freely, man must give without expecting anything in return. It is very important that he learns how to give.

"You must understand that the Hierarchies of Light and your Brothers of Light constantly give freely, without expecting anything from you! In any event, you would be unable to return what they have given you! Universal Love is projected to you freely, it is given to you as a Universal Gift.

"Human beings always expect something in return, they do not know how to give freely! One must understand this and implement it.

"A gift is precious, whether it be material or physical, whether it be a generous thought or a smile, a few minutes of your time, a helping hand, or helping those who are suffering. A gift can be given in multiple ways!

"We cannot tell you enough how important generosity is! Without generosity, a heart is closed!"
